Reiki for Self-Care is an introductory workshop designed specifically for those who wish to harness the gentle power of energy healing for their own personal restoration. In this class, we move beyond the theoretical and into the experiential. You will explore the profound body-mind connection, learning how your physical sensations often mirror your internal emotional landscape. We will discuss the science of the nervous system and how a consistent mindfulness practice acts as a foundational pillar for overall health and resilience. What you will experience: Foundational Reiki Techniques: Learn specific hand placements and energetic tools designed exclusively for self-application. The Art of Mindfulness: Practice grounding exercises that help quiet the mind and anchor you in the present moment. Nervous System Regulation: Understand how to transition your body from "fight or flight" into a restorative state of "rest and digest." Practical Integration: Discuss how to weave 5-10 minute self-treatment rituals into your existing daily routine. This is a non-certification course focused entirely on the self. To ensure a safe and introspective environment, participants will focus solely on their own energy—no work will be done on others during this session. Whether you are completely new to energy healing or looking to deepen your personal practice, this class offers a compassionate space to reconnect with yourself and your body’s innate wisdom.
