Part 1 (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM): The Foundation of Self-Care Our morning begins with a deep dive into the body-mind connection. You will learn how to use Reiki as a daily mindfulness tool to regulate your nervous system and reduce stress. We focus exclusively on your own energy, practicing specific hand placements and grounding rituals that create an inner sanctuary of peace. Part 2 (2:00 - 5:00 PM): Stepping into the Practitioner Role In the afternoon, we expand our reach. You will receive the sacred Reiki 1 attunement, a ceremony that opens and strengthens your energetic channels. With this new clarity, you will learn the ethics, professional boundaries, and hands-on techniques required to share Reiki with friends, family, and clients. What you will experience: Personal Restoration: Practice self-Reiki techniques to support your own unique health journey. The Level 1 Attunement: A pivotal energetic shift that connects you to the flow of Universal Life Force energy. Hands-on Practice: Give and receive Reiki in a supervised, small-group setting to gain confidence in your intuitive touch. Ethics & Space-Holding: Learn how to maintain your own energetic integrity while offering a safe, non-judgmental space for others. Professional Standards: Explore the history of Reiki and the foundational principles of a professional practice. Registration Details: To ensure a holistic and integrated experience, participants attend the full day of training. Your registration is all-inclusive, covering both the morning self-care workshop and the afternoon certification segment. Upon completion, you will be a certified Level 1 Reiki Practitioner, ready to bring gentle healing into your home and community.
